Our goal
We want everyone to be able to ask for, read, and check off a checklist. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the website and the wrapped mobile apps.
What we do
- All text and interactive controls are designed to meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes, and contrast is re-verified whenever brand colors change.
- The full flow — ask, read the checklist, check items off, shop the kit — is operable by keyboard alone and labelled for screen readers, including live-region announcements during the wait for an answer.
- Touch targets are at least 44px, motion respects prefers-reduced-motion, and pinch-zoom is never disabled.
Known limitations
Screen-reader behavior inside the Android/iOS webview wrappers can differ from the browser; we test with TalkBack and VoiceOver as devices are available and fix regressions as found.
